For most exterior cleaning work we can quote off photos and a quick walkthrough call; for larger or unusual jobs we'll come out in person. Either way, you get a written quote with no hidden fees or surprise add-ons. Once you've approved the estimate, we schedule with the forecast in mind. PNW weather doesn't always cooperate, so we'll communicate openly if we need to shift a day. We show up when we say we will, and we let you know early if anything changes. On the day of the job, we treat your property like it's ours. Plants get pre-wet and covered, sensitive surfaces get the right pressure (or no pressure at all), and we rinse everything thoroughly when we're done. Before we pack up, we walk the work with you to make sure you're happy with the result. For the things we don't do (roof replacement, gutter installation, painting, full landscape work), we're happy to refer you to specialists we trust.
