We hand-clear the debris, bag and haul it, flush the gutters and downspouts with water, and confirm they're flowing properly. If a downspout is blocked or a section is sagging or pulling away from the fascia, we'll flag it.

While we're up there we'll also tell you straight if we see signs of trouble: flashing pulling away, fascia rot, missing shingles, or moss buildup that's overdue for a soft wash. We're not selling you on a roof job; we'd rather you know now than after the next storm.

## Gutter Cleaning FAQ

Once a year minimum, twice if you have heavy tree cover (fir, cedar, maple). Best timing is late fall after leaves drop, with an optional spring touch-up after seed-pod season.

We handle minor re-securing of loose gutter hangers as part of the clean. For larger gutter repairs or full replacement we'll refer you to a specialist.

Yes. We can lift most guard systems to clean underneath and reinstall, or clean over the top if the system isn't removable. Either way we'll confirm flow before we leave.
