Driveways, walkways, patios, and concrete steps build up dirt, oil, algae, and tire marks that you don't notice day-to-day but jump out the moment they're clean. We pressure wash with commercial surface cleaners that lay down even, streak-free results instead of the wand-zigzag pattern you get from a residential rental.

We handle driveways, sidewalks, paver patios, concrete porches, stamped and exposed-aggregate concrete, composite and pressure-treated wood decks (at appropriate pressure), retaining walls, and outdoor stairs. For softer surfaces we throttle down or switch to soft washing entirely. We won't blast pressure into something that doesn't need it.

## Pressure Washing FAQ

Quick answers to the questions we hear most about this service.

Concrete and pavers stand up to pressure washing fine. The risk is using too much pressure on softer surfaces like cedar, painted wood, or aged composite. We adjust pressure to the surface, and switch to soft washing where it makes sense.

Most oil stains we can lift with a degreaser pre-treatment followed by hot-water pressure washing. Deep-soaked stains in old concrete may not come fully clean, but we'll get them as good as the surface allows.

Move vehicles and lawn furniture off the area being washed. We'll handle the rest, including covering anything sensitive nearby.
