Pressure washing those surfaces strips the protective layer and shortens their life. Soft washing uses a low-pressure rinse paired with biodegradable cleaning solutions that kill the organisms at the root, so the surface stays clean for longer instead of regrowing in a season.

We soft-wash composition and cedar roofs, vinyl, painted wood, fiber cement, stucco, brick, and stone. We pre-wet landscaping, cover sensitive plants, and rinse everything thoroughly when we're done. The result is a clean exterior that holds its color, plus a roof that drains the way it's supposed to instead of growing a moss carpet.
