Gutter Cleaning in Skagit, Whatcom & Snohomish County
Cleaned-out gutters move water away from your foundation instead of pouring it down the side of your house. We clear, flush, and check flow.
Gutter Cleaning Specifics
Here's what falls under this service when you give us a call.
- Hand-clear debris from gutters
- Flush gutters and downspouts with water
- Bag and haul debris off-site
- Inspect for sags, separations, or damaged sections
- Check flow at downspout outlets
- Roofline tidy: visible debris, branches, moss flagging
- Report on issues we spot for you to address
Gutters in the PNW fill up fast. Fir needles, big-leaf maple, douglas fir cones, and moss runoff turn working gutters into planter boxes in two seasons. We hand-clear the debris, bag and haul it, flush the gutters and downspouts with water, and confirm they're flowing properly. If a downspout is blocked or a section is sagging or pulling away from the fascia, we'll flag it.
While we're up there we'll also tell you straight if we see signs of trouble: flashing pulling away, fascia rot, missing shingles, or moss buildup that's overdue for a soft wash. We're not selling you on a roof job; we'd rather you know now than after the next storm.

Trusted by Homeowners
Don't just take our word for it. Hear from the families we've helped.
"They soft washed our roof and siding last summer and the difference was night and day. No moss, no streaks, and the team was careful with the rhododendrons. Booking them again for the fall gutter cleaning."
"Pressure washed our driveway and back patio. Came out perfect. Honest quote up front, on time, cleaned up after. Way better than the rental wand job I tried last year."
"Finally got the upstairs windows done right. They brought a water-fed pole so no ladders against the siding. Screens cleaned and tracks vacuumed too. Will definitely call them again."
Gutter Cleaning FAQ
Quick answers to the questions we hear most about this service.
Once a year minimum, twice if you have heavy tree cover (fir, cedar, maple). Best timing is late fall after leaves drop, with an optional spring touch-up after seed-pod season.
We handle minor re-securing of loose gutter hangers as part of the clean. For larger gutter repairs or full replacement we'll refer you to a specialist.
Yes. We can lift most guard systems to clean underneath and reinstall, or clean over the top if the system isn't removable. Either way we'll confirm flow before we leave.
