Most homeowners can clean the inside of their own windows but never tackle the outside because of ladders, height, and the spider problem. We do both sides on the same visit, including the screens and the tracks if you want them done. The result is windows you actually want to look out of, not just past.
For single-story homes we'll get every window plus screens and sills. For two-story we bring extensions or, when access is restricted, water-fed pole systems that clean upper windows from the ground without ladders touching siding. We use pure-water rinse for streak-free drying and squeegee finish on accessible windows.

Both. Most customers book a full cleaning (inside and out), but exterior-only is available if you prefer to handle the interior yourself.
Two to four times per year is typical in the PNW. Coastal homes and houses with heavy tree cover may want quarterly; inland homes with less weather exposure can get away with twice a year.
We handle up to two stories with our standard equipment. For taller homes or hard-access glass we'll let you know on the estimate whether we're the right fit or can refer a window specialist.
